For a one-time $129 payment you get comprehensive hormone labs, a 1:1 consultation with a licensed provider to review your results and determine eligibility for hormone therapy, and a welcome call with a health coach to map your personalized care plan. There is no subscription and no ongoing commitment.
No. The Hormone Assessment is a standalone, one-time purchase. If your provider determines you're eligible for treatment, you can then choose the path that fits you best — join Membership for discounted medication with ongoing clinical care and coaching, or purchase your medication individually without a membership.
If your provider approves you for hormone therapy, you'll choose how to start treatment: Membership gives you discounted medication pricing plus ongoing labs, clinical oversight, and coaching; or you can purchase your medication on its own at standard pricing. If therapy isn't right for you, your provider will discuss alternative options during your consultation.
Your assessment includes a comprehensive hormone and biomarker panel selected to evaluate the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause. Your provider uses these results — together with your health history and symptoms — to evaluate your eligibility for hormone therapy.
A licensed provider reviews your labs, health history, and symptoms, then meets with you 1:1 to walk through the findings and determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate and safe for you.
Once your provider approves you for therapy, you can start right away — select Membership or individual medication purchase from your patient portal and your medication ships to your door.
