"My first consult was with Brandon Fell. We booked 15 minutes. But he spent almost 45 minutes answering my questions… The next step was a series of lab tests to understand my metabolic and hormone profile. I wish my physician took this kind of in-depth look. The testing was comprehensive. The results were easy to understand."
Scott M.
"Rich was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding my health goals… I especially appreciated his practical recommendations and the personalized approach he brought to the appointment. I left the consultation feeling informed, confident, and excited about the next steps."
Troy P.
"This was 1 of the best medical consultations of my life. Rich came prepared and had already reviewed my lab results and zeroed in on the areas which need to be addressed and correlated how they relate to how I feel etc.. He listened to my comments and tailored a future plan to meet my goals."
Seth B.
"I want to acknowledge the excellent assessment and outstanding service this team consistently provides. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality care truly make a difference."
Alexander H.
"…had my first coaching consult. Rich was great. He took the time to get to know my health goals and concerns so we could formulate short and long-term plans."

Yes. If you have eligible lab results from the past 6 months, you may be able to use them instead of completing new labs.
No. The assessment helps you understand your hormone health and explore what options may be right for you.
We look at your results alongside your symptoms, health history, and goals. You'll then meet with our clinical team to understand your results and discuss next steps.

Testosterone therapy can suppress sperm production, so it isn’t recommended for men who are actively trying to conceive. Tell your provider if fertility matters to you — they will factor it into which options they discuss with you.
Labs are only part of the picture. Your symptoms, health history, and goals are also considered when determining what may be contributing and what to do next.
The Men’s Hormone Assessment is medical care delivered by licensed providers. Testosterone therapy is prescribed only after a provider reviews your labs, symptoms and history, and determines it is clinically appropriate; not everyone qualifies, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Testosterone therapy requires ongoing lab monitoring and is not recommended for men who are actively trying to conceive. Submitted lab results are reviewed for eligibility and may not be accepted in every case. This page is educational and not medical advice; individual results vary.
